I want to be a superhero (mutant to many, but I prefer the former). I am, however, just a man; one with a passion for cooking. To further my culinary skills and knowledge, I'll be moving from Jacksonville, Alabama to Hyde Park, New York in May. Once there, I'll begin my education at The Culinary Institute of America! My plan is to graduate in 2017 with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts Management.
